You can use pillows that are designed for snorers that will allow you to sleep side ways. You can also use two body pillows to put between your legs and one to hold you’re back straight.

You can also buy another kind of pillow that will raise your head this will also improve the airway and not make it so you will snore.

With these devices you can also use throat sprays or nasal strips. You can also learn exercises that help with your snoring. If these don’t work then I would go see a sleep doctor to find out why you a snoring.
